It's been 4 years I'm struggling with severe depression, along with suicide thoughts that consume me day and night and dream about them and planify to end up soon My social anxiety makes it almost impossible for me to express myself, and cause of that, people treat me like a joke or underestimate me without ever trying to understand what I’m going through. Over time, all the criticism, mockery, and constant judgment have destroyed my self-esteem  both in how I see my appearance and in how I see my worth as a human being.
Under stress, I fall into addictive things like porn gore smoking eating relationships songs social media sleeping , as a way to release everything I can’t say out loud. But the more I hide my pain, the more people tell me I’m “dramatic” or “crazy,” even though I’ve been carrying these wounds in silence for years and years and no one noticed anything 
I grew up in an environment full of pressure, comparison, and harsh judgment, to the point where I no longer feel like a real person just an object people can criticize without consequence. Now, all of this has left deep scars: my posture, my height, my body, my entire self-image has become a source of insecurity and shame.
Right now, isolation feels like the only way to survive, because the people around me only worsen my condition. I’m torn between wanting to live and the overwhelming pain that keeps dragging me down. I dream of peace, of becoming someone I could admire someday, but I keep falling back, and I feel too fragile to move forward.
All of this is literally destroying and shattering me. I feel annihilated, lost, and I no longer know how to move forward in this chaos.
Yet despite everything, I’m still trying even with a heart that feels like it’s breaking to hold on in a world where cruelty can easily crush someone already carrying so much pain and I plan several times to take my own life these days I even dream about them

Feeling Depressed

depression is killing me I need a lot of effort to shower eat I hate people and I'm always having breakdowns I tried 3 therapist but they didn't really help me and I was too depressed to trust the healing process or to work on it 💔

I need help!is it getting  toxic?
i was going through  depression without knowing for 2 yrs straight  then as I was going  for counselling  I missed lots of classes and the teacher told about my condition to classmates...it was the worst..all those sympathy at that time felt like a mock on me.
Then I suddenly  on social platform I met a guy!I was thinking of deleting my acc then his pp caught me curious so I thought of replying  to his text and see although at first I thought he was some kind of perverted stalker at first . We texted then he said he saw me in his friends story and ended up following me and although he forgot  how I look but was certain that he wants me.
we shared our secrets  as a let out at first then he asked me out which I rejected atleat 3x then I said yes inorder to use him to overcome whatever i was feeling and forget my ex too.Yes at first I was using him as I thought we'd never meet...he sended me flowers and not...i started getting attached to him ,i told him about how i was sexually abused by my own cousin he understood me and gave me time although i ended up doing booty calls w him and then that day came when he actually did came from delhi  to my place to meet me.I had no choice I went w him ,I was wearing  casual a fitting top where my boobs were popping big and a short .
he saw me hugged me and open the car door for me.He took me on a ride in the highway in an outskirt area he stopped.I knew what was coming  next ,he faced towards me and kissed me I tried to face the other side as I was flustered the he grabbed my face and told me calm down and close my eyes and kept on going and placed his one hand on my b**bs from inside and started squeezing although it was outskirt area it was a public space i was scared but he kept on going till there....
oh btw he is 7 years older than me!
on the second  date he took me to hotel for sex
it's been 1yr he uses verbal and physical  abuse almost all time whenever it is related to a male friend...and drag me for sex even if I'm lil busy he says stuffs such that I end up listening to him...I've become submissive to an extend I can never imagine.

the way i just wanna kms and end it , but everything seems hard to do , i am tired i have health problems , cevere depression and anxiety , also trauma like a lot of trauma that keeps ruinin my life even tho i'm tryin to change
my only escape was my boyfriend and he is or he claims to be "metfehem" and he understands my case my anger issues my depression my health issues my loneliness and he always tried to be here for me but when i'm at my lowest and start hurting my self he starts being selfish he has so much ego and he always realizes what he've done late and thr problem is that i'm too attached bc he was my bestfriend for 5 years and we're gonna be officialy together for 1 year tomorrow and i'm so sad i wanted to celebrate it with him yes he does like gifts etc small attentions the only problem is whebever i feel something or i'm at my lowest i never find him he says that he cannot control anger and that he has a problems with feelings but the thing tht i feel thag he jst doesnt love me ?
i can't get over the fact that he left me alone and he slept many times and i kept waitin for him crying and self harming my body i suffered too much but whenever he realizes he does it too late and he cries to me and say sorry he even start hittin himself to the point where i believe that he really loves me and that he didn't do that on ourpose
please i need advices what do you think of behaviour do you think he loves me and is it normal to love someone but you cannot control your anger to the point that you can drop him? i am at my lowest and i've always been and i never dropped him but he can drop me at anyxmomebt and everything we talk after the problem he says i swear mashi bl3ani and wlh i love you i'll do my best and he even cried
