Last Updated: March 3, 2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Toheal mobile application and website (collectively, “Toheal” or the “Service”), operated by Seedlr Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Toheal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Toheal

Toheal is an anonymous, peer-driven emotional support platform designed to help individuals express themselves, share challenges, and receive or offer advice within a safe and moderated space. 2. Eligibility

Toheal is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We are not liable for users who misrepresent their age, and we do not knowingly allow individuals under 17 to use the platform.

3. Anonymous Identity and Access

Toheal does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. User accounts are automatically assigned an anonymous username, which is linked to the user’s device and persists across sessions. This allows returning users to reconnect with previous contributions if reinstalled on the same device. You are responsible for your activity on the platform under this anonymous identity.

4. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

Toheal is designed as a dedicated platform for emotional expression and peer-to-peer support. In order to maintain a safe, respectful, and constructive environment, all users are required to adhere to the following acceptable use policies. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access to the Service.

4.1 Personal and Emotionally Relevant Content Only

Users must post content that reflects genuine, current emotional challenges. Submissions that are vague, off-topic, or intended primarily for entertainment purposes—such as jokes, song lyrics, quotes, or abstract statements—may be removed at our discretion.

4.2 Original, Self-Focused Expression

Only personal experiences may be shared. Users may not request others to share private stories, nor may they solicit off-platform communication or relationships.

4.3 Respectful Conduct

All users must interact respectfully. Any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, verbal abuse, or offensive language is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Responsible Handling of Sensitive Topics

Sensitive subjects—such as trauma, abuse, addiction, or issues related to sexual relationships—may be discussed on the platform but must be shared with discretion. Users must describe such experiences thoughtfully, using respectful and non-explicit language. Graphic, vulgar, or detailed depictions of sexual activity or violence are strictly prohibited. In all such cases, users are required to use the “Adult Content” toggle to properly label their post, ensuring others can choose to engage with this content knowingly and appropriately.

4.5 Prohibition of Harmful or Dangerous Content

Content that encourages or depicts self-harm, suicide, violence, or harm to others is not allowed under any circumstance. While users may discuss emotional struggles, such content must not endanger themselves or others.

4.6 No Ideological or Divisive Discussions

The platform does not permit political, religious, or sports-related content, as these topics can distract from the platform’s emotional support mission and may incite conflict.

4.7 No Financial or Commercial Activity

Soliciting or offering money, job opportunities, donations, or any form of commercial service is strictly prohibited.

4.8 No Solicitation of Relationships or Off-Platform Contact

Toheal is not a platform for dating, networking, or personal connections. Requests to meet, connect privately, or initiate relationships are not allowed.

4.9 Protection of Anonymity

Users must not share or request personal information, including real names, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, geographic locations, or social media profiles—whether in public posts, private messages, or any other part of the platform. Protecting anonymity is essential to user safety and the core purpose of Toheal. Any attempt to share such information is a direct violation of our Community Guidelines and may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform. Seedlr Inc. is not responsible for any consequences that arise from a user voluntarily sharing personal or identifiable information. You are solely responsible for any information you choose to disclose.

4.10 No Advertising or Promotion

The use of Toheal for promotional purposes—including links to products, services, or external platforms—is not permitted.

4.11 Compliance and Moderation

Seedlr Inc. reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content or user account that violates these guidelines. Moderation may be conducted through automated systems and/or authorized human reviewers.

Toheal enforces a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harmful, or threatening behavior. Any user found engaging in such activity will have their account permanently banned without notice or opportunity for reinstatement. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

5. In-App Messaging and Support Sessions

Toheal allows users to engage in 1:1 and group conversations through in-app text and voice messaging. All communication: Moderation includes proactive and reactive review of public and private content to detect harmful behavior, ensure compliance with platform rules, and maintain a supportive atmosphere. Content is never used for third-party advertising or external profiling. Any analysis of content is solely for enhancing user experience, ensuring platform safety, improving content relevance, and delivering personalized features or promotional content within the app.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

You remain the owner of the content you post on Toheal. However, when you submit public advice or initiate a public topic, you grant Seedlr Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

7. Data Use and Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information. The Toheal platform, including its branding, interface, software, and content structure, is the intellectual property of Seedlr Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Service without written permission.

10. Platform Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, or change features, or suspend the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from downtime or technical errors.

11. No Professional or Clinical Advice

Toheal is not a mental health clinic or counseling service. All advice is provided by users and is not professional in nature. For medical, psychological, or emergency needs, users are advised to contact licensed professionals or emergency services. We are not liable for the accuracy or impact of user-submitted advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seedlr Inc. is not liable for: The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable U.S. law, unless prohibited by local law.

Paid features may be accessed via: All payments are processed by third-party services. We do not directly store or process your financial information. Data such as your transaction ID, payment amount, and device type may be shared with these processors solely for the purpose of completing the transaction and ensuring platform integrity. Your use of paid features is also subject to the payment provider’s terms and policies.

Refunds

Private Advice Posts

If a paid private advice post is: …you will automatically receive a refund in the form of in-app wallet credits. These credits can be reused for any other eligible paid feature within the app. No refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Group Support Sessions (Text or Voice)

Group session purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted in cases where: Toheal reserves the right to update its refund and payment policies at any time. Continued use of paid services implies acceptance of the current policy in effect at the time of purchase.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toheal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all current and future versions.

  • Post problems publicly to the community, with the ability to receive public or private advice
  • Share emotions and emotional states through public mood updates
  • Participate in topic-based discussions and share real stories or experiences relevant to those topics
  • Engage in 1:1 or group in-app messaging, through text or voice formats
  • Is end-to-end encrypted during transmission
  • Is securely stored to support safety, usability, and continuity
  • Is subject to moderation, using both AI-powered systems and authorized human moderators
  • Public advice and public topics may remain visible under your anonymous username after account deletion.
  • This enables continuity of valuable discussions and allows returning users to reconnect with their content.
  • Private advice messages, mood posts, and public problem posts will be permanently deleted after account deletion, as detailed below.
  • Anonymous technical data (e.g., device type, OS, usage statistics)
  • Behavioral insights to improve app usability
  • Moderation-related data strictly for enforcing platform safety
  • Your account will enter a 30-day deactivation period
  • If reactivated during that period, all data will be restored
  • After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted
  • Public advice and public topics remain available under your anonymous username
  • Private advice conversations, mood posts, and public problem posts are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered
  • Content submitted by users
  • Harm caused by interactions or reliance on advice
  • Loss of access, data, or functionality
  • User disclosure of personal information
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Private Advice Posts: Enables users to receive responses privately from the community.
  • Group Support Sessions: Paid access to moderated group conversations, either in text or voice format.
  • In-app purchases through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).
  • Local web-based payment methods, where available, including regional gateways or credit card payments via secure processors.
  • Removed for violating community guidelines,
  • Moved to a different section due to lack of a clearly defined emotional problem,
  • Required to be made public due to the presence of sensitive or inappropriate content,
  • The user is removed by a moderator or reported by others due to misbehavior or rule violations.
  • The user voluntarily exits the session or loses connection due to personal network issues.
  • The session ends early because more than three participants leave the session for any reason, including voluntary exit, disconnection, or removal.
