• Use the adult content toggle feature for discussions related to personal problems or sensitive topics. This ensures such discussions are accessible only to those who wish to view them. Bad words and cursing are not allowed.

• Discussions around politics, religion, and sports are prohibited to avoid conflicts. Financial discussions, including job offers, monetary requests, or donations, are also prohibited to safeguard users from potential scams.

• Communicate with respect and kindness. Offensive language, hate speech against any race or religion, or comments that could harm an individual’s or a business’s reputation are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Message Encryption: All messages are end-to-end encrypted and are not monitored by Toheal, except in cases where a user reports inappropriate messages. In such cases, Toheal may view the specific reported message or the entire chat if necessary.

4.2 Public Advice: Users can share their opinions and advice publicly in response to personal issues. The original poster has the ability to report or downvote any inappropriate or harmful advice and upvote the best advice that has been helpful.

Any claims of being a doctor or qualified advisor from Toheal are fraudulent. The only legitimate way to contact the Toheal team for account-related support is through the ‘Contact Us’ feature on your profile page.
