Am gay and so disappointed in him, need advice

I wrote a poem because I was scared to ask for help

i wrote a poem a while ago, which I am probably going to post later. the reason behind it was a sense of self harm, a sense of pain. honestly, I wrote it, because I couldn't tell anyone about it... I have this problem where I feel scared to ask for help... here however, I feel safe, open to answers, advice.
