I still like my ex-best friend & it’s so embarrassing

I dated one of my best friends a year ago now maybe half a year ago, and all I do is think about her, to the point I feel sick, I think I still like her? or maybe wanna be friends again, I really wanna talk to her but I can’t bring myself too, it feels humiliating, and I hate telling my friends about it cause it’s so embarrassing, I feel confused, and lost, just writing this I feel overwhelmed with emotions it just makes me wanna throw up, I think I love her, I’ve had dreams about her and I almost reached out last night, but I got nervous, all I think about is just having a little life with her, just me and her doing the most normal bare minimum things like folding clothes and doing dishes together, I feel so embarrassed about the way I feel. ...see more
