Stuck in a loop & can't find motivation – help!

It's been more than a year now and I literally still at the exact same place, all my life I've always developed myself but his year or so, I kinda stopped. You see, I know exactly what I want to do and I know exactly how to achieve that, but the problem is that I can't find the motivation nor the discipline to do what needs to be done. Everyday I wake up to this crappy job knowing for a fact that if I gave my goals that 1% everyday, I'm gonna achieve them but at the end of the day, I find myself beating myself for doing literally nothing all day. SO I'M STUCK IN A LOOP AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET OUT. Any advice? ...see more
