When everything hits me at once

i struggle with multiple severe mental issues, such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, minor autism and PTSD. And sometimes, it just hits me. everything. all at once. I don't feel sad, or suicidal, but I question my life, and not in a joking way. like I'm wondering what I did to get to the place I am at. some people cry themselves to sleep, and that's stressful, really sad, even. but I don't. my body makes out exhaustion, and then stress throws me with a brick. I lose what I am going to call my mental understanding to my physical being. It feels like I misunderstood everything I did, without a fault, but then understand what I can't do, doesnt matter my motivation. I hate the feeling, but not sad about it. I don't hate life, but I don't love it. everything seems neutral or emotionless. what do I do? ...see more
