I hate how alone and unloved I am on my birthday, everyone sends happy birthday messages but all of them are empty. I always laugh it off and say I don't care about birthdays to not sound childish or needy, but deep down I care and u want to feel special but I never say it, cause I deeply believe that beautiful and worthy things don't ask for attention, and I'm not so I'd never ask. I KEEP WAITING FOR IT TO CHANGE BUT IT NEVER DOES, IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT FOR YEARS, DEEP DOWN I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPED THAT 20 WOULD BE DIFFERENT BUT IT WAS THE SAME I'm not writing this for someone to tell me happy birthday when we don't even know each bht thx anyway, I already heard that alot, I writing this to just let it out

I hate my birthday so much & wanna disappear

I hate my birthday so so much. the last good birthday I had was my 16th birthday then everything went downhill. I’m turning 18 in few days and I really don’t want that day to come. I just don’t want a birthday anymore, I wish everyone would forget about it (including me). it’s so stressful and I feel unseen, unwanted, unloved on that day. I'm lost, alone, and feel disgusting

I don't know who I'm, I don't know anything, I don't even know why I'm writing this in english, maybe because I can explain my feelings in it without feeling that I'm embarrassing? I know I'm just a teen and this feeling may be nothing to the old people now but I'm in too much stress I want cry, I can't sleep, I don't like eating, I think I'm ugly even if someone told me I'm pretty.
