academic pressure

I have a serious problem. I'm finding it very difficult to study. It's not that I don't understand or I'm not smart, but I can no longer sit in this chair for even half an hour to study. I have two final exams in science and physics in five days, and I can't study or concentrate. If I don't pass these exams, I won't be able to move on to the next grade. I've deleted all my social media accounts—Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram—and I only keep YouTube. So, if anyone has a solution to this problem, please share it with me. I really need to pass these two exams.

I'm extremely exhausted. What should I do studying never ends, and I have been doing all the possible things in my hands for a year , but not enough. I'm so far to reach that ig .even 12 hours studying feels like nothing to me like i did nothing nothing nothing. Even sleeping just for 2 hours each day and some days i skip that too but still not ENOUGH people are so much better than me always why i should be the loser why should I have a bad ending. Why am i nothing. I just want to escape, but even though I can't do it

Realizing that you're living and doing the thing you don't love is like by far the worst feelings ever , I'm studying but all I do is try to distract myself from it and I failed before so now I'm doing my best to not distract myself and do what I should do and face the reality but still now I feel so bad for myself for what I'm living

My finals are here only 8 days left and I can't study I tried so hard but I just can't I'm supposed to be graduated this term but lol I'm afraid of failing if I didn't catch up in the right time what I'm supposed to do
