When You Can't Control Your Tears or Panic Attacks

"One of the hardest things a girl can feel is not being able to control her tears or her emotions, and going through something she herself doesn’t even understand. You can be sitting there, suddenly unable to breathe, and you start crying and fall into a panic episode you don’t even know the reason for. And you can’t tell the people around you because you know it will affect them too. I blamed my parents for years of depression and pain.

for a long time, I blamed by parents a decision they emotionally forced me to take, this decision made me depressed for amost 6 years. I was full of anger, physically in pain most of the time, and socially isolated. but no matter what they have done I decided to change it, I cannot say I am better 100% but the feeling that I took a step and change something bothering me is just a step forward. we didn’t choose our parents, but we have to choose how we live our life. ...see more

Feeling lost but I'll never give up on my writing

> Hi everybody. Today I felt extremely lost, and I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to become a great writer, and maybe I will post my writing here. I told myself that I need to do something useful for myself at least — like stop talking to people who never value me, or even stay away from social media.
