When You Can't Control Your Tears or Panic Attacks

"One of the hardest things a girl can feel is not being able to control her tears or her emotions, and going through something she herself doesn’t even understand. You can be sitting there, suddenly unable to breathe, and you start crying and fall into a panic episode you don’t even know the reason for.
