I'm stuck in a fog, feeling numb and empty.

It feels like I’ve been living inside a fog for months… maybe years. Everything looks the same, sounds the same, feels the same. People keep moving around me, laughing, working, loving, but I’m stuck in this invisible cage where nothing reaches me anymore. I used to think it was just sadness, something I could shake off if I tried hard enough. But it’s different—it’s emptier. Like my emotions got muted. I feel like I’m drowning and can’t breathe anymore

I feel like I’m drowning into a deep ocean, like I can’t breathe anymore, I live my life with this for almost 2 years and it gets worse, sometimes I lose control of myself and can’t breathe automatically, sometimes I act weirdly happy when something happens in my family like engagements , weddings or celebrations of anything, like I want to take my mind off and celebrate to think of nothing, but life it doesn’t goes about celebration so when everything ends I start to seek for something else to do , I have duty and I have my college , but everything in my life complicated especially my study and how I was so passionate about it but now because of my situation I start to feel depressed , so I have a lot of things that I should care about but my anxiety and depression don’t let me find peace , and in the last I want to say something to my family or friends but I can’t ...see more
