Feeling Tired

I always wanted to be myself and take the Consequences of my decisions but I'm always wrong; I've never made a decision about anything that turned out to be right, not even once. I don't know why, even though I'm smart, educated, and aware, I'm always wrong. My family says I'm very naive and don't know how to deal with the world.

Fed up with family criticism over looks.

im a girl who's trying to heal from her family, not because of abuse but because of criticism. I've always been a human with principles and i always tried to do my best to not disappoint my family and Allah, but at some point i figured thats it's and will never be enough for them to be satisfied, always judging by looks and how a woman should not make herself pretty, i mean im a hijabi and just wear some light make-up just to look somehow good, i dont do drugs or drink or do zina or anything I've always been a good girl trying to do her best in being good so why does it matter that much that i wear skirts and wants to feel pretty? isnt the whole point of being a good muslimah to turn into a human with a good heart? im done taking their constant criticism in consideration since im nobody's doll, they should be thankful to have a nice and obedient daughter with a good heart, period ...see more
