How can I get rid of overthinking? Cuz Iam really suffering I analyze everything in my life peoples reactions conversations everything After analyzing everything that happens during my day I end up feeling like I’m the stupidest person in the world I keep thinking about what happened all day how I said things and how I did them Iam exhausting myself by thinking about all of that What can I do about it Because I’ve had enough and I cant stop.
In my experience overthinking can stem from someone having low confidence. If you aren’t confident then you will overthink everything you do. My advice is to stop thinking about yourself negatively and start appreciating yourself. If you wouldn’t talk to a friend the way you talk to yourself, why are you thinking like that about yourself? Another thing I will say is do you remember how everyone you talk to act in every interaction?? Nobody will be dissecting and analyzing everything you do and say :)
