I have over thinking he kill me like when I want to do somethink I think on it and I see my self overthinking and become overthinking in overthinking that loop I can't skip from it I always speak to my self and I can't stop I became addicted to drugs to calm my mind, but now they don't do anything. I just want my mind to stop buzzing.

Try to organize your time.. First, write anything you're thinking about or anything you want to do. Then, write the times when you're not busy. Next, prioritize your tasks and try to accomplish the essential ones during your free time. Most importantly, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Leave time for breaks and don't try to do everything at once to avoid getting bored.
